How We Pack Your Order

Maximum Protection: Every frame and delicate item is generously wrapped in protective bubble wrap to prevent bumps and corner damage during transit.

Smaller Orders: For single items or smaller frames, your bubble-wrapped items are securely sealed in durable, weather-resistant mailing bags.

Larger & Heavy Orders: For multiple frames, multi-packs, or heavier boards, your items are carefully packed into sturdy, reinforced cardboard boxes to ensure structural integrity while with the courier.

Dispatch & Delivery

Processing Time: Please allow 8-10 working days for us to lovingly prepare, and package your order.

Shipping Time (UK): Once dispatched, UK orders typically arrive within 2-4 working days.

Couriers: We use trusted couriers like Royal Mail, DPD and Evri for our deliveries. Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey to your door.
